Spindle centering system, fast, accurate, efficient

Useful for guide bush, back-spindle, front- and back-operation posts.

This new centering device helps you to adjust perfectly your spindles resp. drills bits by an easy, simple and fast method on your Swiss automatic lathes. You can use it for centering the front spindles vs the guiding bush as well as the back-operation posts vs the pick-up spindle. Thank some adaptation parts, you can also check the alignment of the Headstock / guide bush / sub-spindle.

The control display can be fit on the machine housing by magnetic pads and gives you clear indication of the measures in inch / mm within a micron accuracy. The electronic proximity sensor gives you a very high precision measurement without any contact.

Useful for all Swiss type auto lathes like TORNOS, STAR, CITIZEN, etc.. This measuring system can also be used for many other applications for example on multi-spindle lathes, transfer machines, milling machines, etc.
